Priority Seating (Buses, Subways)

All trains and buses have priority seating.

Priority seats are for the elderly, people with impairments, and pregnant people.
Please offer your seat to those in need.

Using Your Phone (Buses, Subways)

Please set your cellphone to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone while riding.

Please switch off your phone in the vicinity of the priority seats, when crowded.

Women-Only Car (Subways)

Car No.4 is designated as a women-only car at all times.

(Children of elementary school age or below, persons with impairments, and caregivers who are accompanying a patient are also allowed to ride in this car.)

※For safety purposes, the restriction on the women-only car may be lifted during events or in the event of an emergency.

Emergency Call (SOS) (Subways)

By pressing the SOS button, you can notify train staff of any urgent situations such as a medical emergency, trouble with passengers, or suspicious or unwanted packages.

Prohibited Behavior (Buses, Subways)

Do not rush to board the train last-minute.

Rushing to board the bus/train is dangerous. Please make sure you have plenty of time to spare when boarding.

Do not carry dangerous items onboard.

Do not bring any dangerous items to the station, train, or bus.

If you find any suspicious or unattended packages, please notify transit staff immediately.

No smoking.

Smoking is strictly prohibited at bus stops, within the station premises, on the platform, and within the train/bus.
